Her passion and life’s work is helping bridge the gap between Business and Heart. She is certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ or EI) and Holistic Life & Business Coaching. Esther has more than 10,000 hours of education and hands-on experience in the fields of Health & Wellness, Spirituality, Leadership, Conflict Management, Customer Service and Sales. In her travels she has accomplished some interesting things:

Co-Author of two books, Various Publications and Radio Appearances, and President of the Holistic Chamber of Commerce Ft. Lauderdale/ Broward Chapter.

Her journey within the holistic field began over two decades ago when she was diagnosed with Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), an autoimmune disease, and told by several doctors she will never be cured. Esther decided to take matters into her own hands when she discovered the Holistic Way and Emotional Intelligence. She has been an advocate for the holistic movement and emotional intelligence ever since.

Her leadership and coaching experience has been vast, ranging from corporations with 100 to 1000 employees, spiritual organizations, adults, and children of all ages. Esther now serves the world as an Emotional Intelligence Strategist/Consultant helping Leaders and Professionals Master their EI/EQ. Plus, she helps run the family restaurant “The Garden Bistro” which serves up both American and International home cooking with a Russian Flair. Working with family is one of the hardest challenges she’s ever taken on. Therefore, she uses her EQ tools and a system called “The Awareness Diet” a step by step guide she created religiously.

She created the following quote to help illustrate why mastering our EQ is so important –  “ The most important thing about life is the ability to know and understand oneself! When you know and understand yourself, the whole world will know and understand you too!”    --Alla Esther Levy

Her spare time is spent with family and friends enjoying music, art, nature and with her furry son Lewie. She is a vocalist in a warm and soulful orchestra where she helps uplift the spirits of her Temple's Congregants both live and on recorded audio CDs.

It is with her burning passion, visionary, and purposeful leadership that Esther will continue to make a huge impact in how business and life is done today and in the future.
