    We, at your South Florida PMI chapter, are always looking for ways to deliver value add to you, our community.

    Think Tank, Professional Development Day, mixers and our dinner events are staples of our offering.

    But we wondered: how about something more, something that could bring us further together and drive the energy and spirit of community? And, we had it!

    How about piloting a fitness boot camp? Fitness boot camps are a perfect fit for individuals looking for group interactions and no nonsense physical activity.

    Further, fitness boot camps are popular for a simple reason: The military-inspired workouts burn serious calories. "Built on three fundamentals of training—cardio, strength, and agility—boot-camp workouts require little more than your body weight to get results," says Christopher Mohr, Ph.D., R.D., of Mohr Results Adventure Boot Camp for Women in Louisville, Kentucky. "They're more intense than any fitness class and more fun than traditional gym workouts." (Women’s Health magazine)

    We’ve partnered with a talented local fitness couple: Jennifer Smith and Michael Rosidor from Strong Bodiez and we’ve asked them to put together a beginner/intermediate fitness boot camp to be enjoyed.

    Come join us 10 A.M., Sunday, January 14 @ ELI’s Fitness Studio in Oakland Park, FL and drive the energy and spirit of our community. I’ll be there!
