Is your business ready to thrive in a volatile and unpredictable market? Do you know what it means to be a customer and purpose-driven organization?

In a business context, agility is the ability of an organization to rapidly adapt to market and environmental changes in productive and cost-effective ways. It is becoming the new normal. Why? Because market demands and pressures dictate that organizations conduct business in a way that allows them to be dynamic without compromising quality.

This is not a technology discussion.  Business agility is not a specific methodology or even a general framework.  It is primarily a mindset that enables organizations to thrive amidst uncertainty.  During this presentation, we will provide concrete examples of how business agility works across multiple industries.

Come learn what business agility is all about and how it applies in your world.  Learn how to be a leader and change agent in your organization.

Seats are limited!  Register Early!  The first 100 registrants through 4/14/18 will be entered into a drawing to receive FREE admission to the Chapter’s annual Professional Development Day (PDD).  A $275 value/8 PDUs.

BONUS:  As a bonus for this meeting, we are holding a food drive for the Miami Rescue Mission!  Please bring two boxes of cereal (yes, that's correct, breakfast cereal), and drop your donation off at the designated spot at the meeting.  Your contribution will help feed many hungry people!  Thanks in advance.

    Keynote Speaker:

Luis Salazar, Founding Partner, Salazar Law

Described as one of South Florida’s “Legal Elite” by Miami’s Daily Business Review, Mr. Salazar practices at the intersection of distress and compliance. He has two decades of experience battling for individuals and companies facing complex commercial challenges and crisis, and has led the restructuring or Chapter 11 reorganization efforts of numerous well-known companies in a variety of industrial sectors with combined assets in the billions. Chambers and Partners, the premier attorney rating service, describes Luis as an attorney who “brings legal acumen and practical business experience to the table.”

Throughout his career, Mr.  Salazar has published numerical articles.  In November 2016, he authored an article for the Florida Trend Magazine titled "Becoming a More Agile Florida Law Firm".  Come hear Mr. Salazar describe how he transformed his legal practice to agile.  He calls it "Herding Tigers", and what you'll learn is a different perspective on business agility.

    Panel Discussion:

You can’t miss this!  We are bringing together some of the greatest speakers and practitioners to share their experiences and the benefits their organizations have gained from exploring new and agile practices.  The panel discussion will consist of individuals across multiple industries. During the panel discussion, you will be able to ask questions and interact with panel members. The goal of the panel is to answer the following questions:

    * How implementing an agile mindset promotes agility and innovation across multiple industries

    * Key success factors for implementing an agile mindset - i.e., how to do it

    * Best practices on changing work culture and process definitions
