    Course Summary

    Through the LPM function in SAFe framework students and practitioners can address the challenge of defining, communicating and aligning strategy, by empowering themselves at the highest level of decision-making and financial accountability for the value streams and solutions in a SAFe portfolio.

    The Lean Portfolio Management function provides a set of three collaborations-strategy and investment funding, Agile portfolio operations, and Lean governance—intended to bring leadership together.

    LPM course is intended for enterprises, business managers and executives who understand the enterprise’s financial, technical, and business contexts and therefore need to develop the ability to execute existing commitments reliably and better enable innovation by building on the foundation of the Five Core Competencies of the Lean Enterprise.

    Prerequisites

    There are no prerequisites to take this course. All stakeholders working in a Lean-Agile environment or transformation are welcome to attend.

    SAFe Certification

    Attending this course prepares you to take the SAFe® LPM certification exam in order to receive the SAFe® LPM certification.
