Agile project management (APM) is a fast growing project management methodology across the world. The approach has various components and levels. It starts from basic implementation for a new and small team and goes toward large and complex projects having large scaled teams. To become proficient and master for adoption of this approach requires change in the organization at all the levels. Including from the team to top management, it is a change in the mindset and style of doing the right things to achieve the goal.
