PANEL DISCUSSION: Leading and Coaching Agile Teams in Times of Uncertainty

Do you understand what it means to be an agile coach?  Are you interested in transitioning to an agile coach role or would like to learn coaching techniques?  Now more than ever, we need to develop and sharpen our skills to lead and coach agile teams to help them achieve AWESOME results. 

This webinar will focus on topics around agile coaching from the perspective of several thought leaders in the industry.  If you are in the agile arena as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Team Facilitator or any other role, or simply want to learn about agile coaching, this webinar is for you. 

This webinar will address basic techniques about agile coaching and discuss how these can be accomplished in uncertain times.

Anthony Mersino

Anthony Mersino is an Enterprise Agile Coach who has specialized in helping project teams and organizations reach their full potential since 2001. He has deep experience in Agile frameworks, as well as large-scale IT project and program management. Anthony has helped train and coach several Fortune 500 organizations through their Agile Transformation including Bank of America, Northern Trust, and Deloitte Tax.  Anthony has authored numerous articles and two books: “Agile Project Management for Teams” and “Emotional Intelligence for Project Managers”.

Anjali Leon

Anjali draws on over two decades of experience and leadership to design and deliver outstanding programs that educate, inform, and inspire people to do their best work and navigate a world of increasing complexity and change. Anjali's coaching, training and consulting practice specializes in using Design Thinking, Lean and Agile principles and practices that ignite curiosity, create connection, facilitate collaboration, leverage wisdom networks and embrace 'eco-vitalized being’. Jesse Fewell

Jesse Fewell is an author, coach, and trainer who helps senior leaders from Boston to Beijing transform their organizations to achieve more innovation, collaboration, and business agility. A management pioneer, he founded and grew the original Agile Community of Practice within the Project Management Institute (PMI), has served on leadership subcommittees for the Scrum Alliance, and written publications reaching over a half-million readers in eleven languages. Jesse has taught, keynoted, or coached thousands of leaders and practitioners across thirteen countries on 5 continents. His industry contributions earned him a 2013 IEEE Computer Society Golden Core Award.

Mark Kilby  

As an agile coach, Mark Kilby has cultivated more distributed and dispersed teams than collocated teams. He’s coached as a consultant, an internal coach, and as a facilitator of distributed professional communities. His easy-going style helps teams learn to collaborate and discover their path to success and sustainability. Rick Regueira

Enterprise & Executive Agile Coach & Trainer, Project Manager and IT professional whose certifications include PMP, AKT, CEC, CTC, SPC, CSM, CSP, CSPO, PSM I, CC, MCP, Six Sigma Green Belt.

He has led and mentored successful Organizational Agile transformations of several companies by guiding them on their Agile journey.
