About our speaker:
Dr. Ernest Cox Jr. is a Consultant who specializes in School Counseling, Counseling, Education, Organizational Leadership and System Reform. He has 20 years of experience in public and private education serving in multiple capacities including Counselor Education and Supervision, Directing School Counseling Programs, and supporting leaders in system transformation. Over the past 15 years he has presented at numerous conferences and workshops at the local, state, and national levels. His work focuses on transforming programs, using data to enhance and increase services, and creating alignment through programs and systems.
