The last year has had a tremendous impact on everyone's lives, and project managers are no exception.  Managing projects remotely definitely has brought its challenges.  The sticky note and whiteboard have been integral instruments in a project manager's toolbelt, and some of the normal things we did and took for granted in person are now accomplished remotely.  This session provides an overview of Miro, an online collaborative whiteboard platform that allows teams to come together and do those same things that we used to do in person. Join us as we will explore some  of the features and benefits of Miro that include virtual sticky note brainstorming, work breakdown structures, Kanban boards, retrospectives, project canvases and more!
