PMI South Florida Finish Line Study Group

If you completed your PMP® training but have not yet scheduled your exam, you are not alone. PMI South Florida created the Finish Line Study Group to help you stay focused, stay accountable, and earn your PMP® certification.

This structured 15-week program gives eligible PMI South Florida Chapter members the tools and support they need to pass the PMP® exam by May 2026.

Many project professionals complete PMP® training but delay the exam. This program helps you finish what you started by providing:

A supportive cohort of peers
A structured, weekly study schedule
Experienced PMP-certified mentors who offer guidance and encouragement

Together, we will keep you on track, help you prepare effectively, and celebrate your achievement on stage at the PMI South Florida Annual Conference.

Who Should Participate

The Finish Line Study Group is ideal for PMI South Florida Chapter members who:

Have met the PMP® eligibility requirements for education, professional experience, and training
Are ready to commit to a study schedule and exam date
Want accountability, expert support, and a clear path to certification

Program Overview

Program Duration: 15 weeks
Start Date: Wednesday, February 4, 2026
Weekly Sessions: Wednesdays, 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM via Microsoft Teams.
Exam Target Date: No later than May 2026
Recognition: PMI South Florida Annual Conference

Participant Commitments

To ensure success, participants must:

Attend weekly study sessions
Submit the PMP® application and schedule the exam by end of March 2026.
Purchase PMI Study Hall Plus and PMP Exam Prep Simplified study guide.
Complete weekly assignments and practice questions
Participate actively in group discussions and peer learning
Allow PMI South Florida to share your success story in marketing efforts
