We’re excited to announce that enrollment is now open for the Sping 2026 Mentoring Program at PMI South Florida! This exclusive program is available to PMI South Florida members, and participants can earn up to 8 PDUs at no cost.
We Need Mentors!
Mentors gain personal and professional satisfaction by sharing their expertise with less experienced Project Managers. It’s a chance to refine leadership skills, learn from their mentees, and grow professionally.

For Mentees:
Mentees will have the opportunity to enhance their project management skills, navigate current challenges, and explore career development with the guidance of a trusted mentor. Mentors and mentees will be paired based on goals, objectives, industry, location, or areas of interest and expertise. A survey will be provided to ensure appropriate matching for all participants.

Important Dates:
Enrollment Deadline: March 6th 2026.
Virtual Kick-Off Event: March 21th at 10:00 AM ET (mandatory 1-hour session)
The mentoring term lasts approximately 3 months (similar to a college semester) with a minimum commitment of 6 hours.
Space is limited, and a waiting list will be created for those unable to join the Spring term.
